Fabulous brand-new hotel with great value, we had a great stay. The location was marvellous and favourable, near shopping centers as well as all the restaurants and outlets.

The queen room was relaxing, included a shower and bath sheets. The staff was wonderful and lovely, offered excellent services. The location was phenomenal, at a moderate distance from Valley Hills Mall. I appreciated a great area.

Marvellous location right by a central area of Hickory and the shopping mall and all the restaurants and outlets, it's very central.

The property was clean and beautiful, with inviting decor. The room and bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was delicious and good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym had everything I needed for my workout.

The room was updated and spotless, had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with a tub. The location of the property was magnificent and particularly good, so close to the convention center.

The value for money at this hotel was great, especially considering its location near stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, implementing safety measures to ensure a clean environment. The rooms, although they could have been a little cleaner, were comfortable and included keyless entry for added convenience.

Excellent staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. The rooms with the shower and air-conditioning, for instance. Outstanding food and hot drinks.

Not very friendly staff!

Our Xmas stay at this hotel was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our large group feel welcome. The hotel itself was clean, and the common areas were spacious. We especially appreciated the back room where we were able to set up our evening team dinner. The location was also convenient for our group, with easy access to nearby attractions.

There were a few issues that we encountered during our stay. the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and despite reporting it to the front desk, the issue was not resolved.

Reasonably spacious and updated room with climate control, flat-screen TV and a refrigerator, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Impeccably clean bathroom and a bath with good sewerage.
